COME  EARLY: Starting at 9am until sold out! Hint: We tend to sell out fast,  so it's better to come EARLY to get your spot in line! RAIN or SHINE!! Per the request of the Troy Farmers Market, no vendor may sell their products until the start of the Market. So we will be starting promptly at 9am!

We  bring only Live, Fresh off the Boat Jonah Crab! When we arrive, the  crab will still be wet with crystal clear Gulf of Maine seawater! And  if you've never had a Jonah Crab, then you're missing out!! With sweet  flaky white meat it's often compared to the famous Dungeness Crab.

And with nearly 100% more meat than a Blue Crab, but for less money, it's the best deal anywhere!

JONAH  CRAB IS A COUSIN TO THE FAMOUS DUNGENESS CRAB!! 

It's one of the  sweetest of the crab family! While stone crab claws get all the  headlines, Jonah crab claws are delicious in their own right. They  are very meaty, with a flaky texture and sweet flavor (hint: they're  delicious).

HOW BIG ARE JONAHS CRABS? Sizes range from 0.75lb each for our small crabs, about 1lb for our large, and up to 2lbs each for our JUMBOS!

My name is Joel, and I've been a New England  based commercial fisherman for over 20 years. Last year was a very  different year. So in an effort to simply think outside the box, my wife  Viktoriya and I had been selling lobsters and crabs directly to the  public locally all summer in Dover NH.

I  won't lie, it was a very slow start and we weren't sure if it was going  to work or not. But once the word got out, we had an amazing response  from the community.

And  because we are bringing wild-caught, fresh off-the boat lobsters and  crab harvested in the clean waters of the coast of Maine, we thought  that selling at Farmers Markets would be a perfect fit!
