with a flaky texture and sweet flavor (hint: they're delicious).

My name is Joel, and I've been a New England based commercial fisherman for over 20 years. 

Last year was a very different year. So in an effort to simply think outside the box, 

my wife Viktoriya and I had been selling lobsters and crabs directly to the public locally all summer in Dover NH.

I won't lie, it was a very slow start and we weren't sure if it was going to work or not. 

But once the word got out, we had an amazing response from the community. 

And because we are bringing wild-caught, fresh off-the boat lobsters and crab harvested 

in the clean waters of the coast of Maine, we thought that selling at Farmers Markets would be a perfect fit!
